From the founder
It started at our own wedding
Coming from a family of ten, there was no question there would be lots of children at our wedding. We hired four sitters for the twenty children attending, and I spent the weeks beforehand gathering crafts, games and activities to keep them busy.
I lost count of how many guests thanked us afterwards. For many, it was the first time in years they'd enjoyed a wedding without worrying about rushing home for a sitter.
That is where the idea of The Eventsitter was born.

- Book your event early to reserve your date.
- Our standard guideline is one caregiver for every five children, with staffing adjusted based on ages, venue, and event needs.
- Schedule a planning call to discuss your event and childcare needs.
- Final child headcount is due four weeks before your event so we can confirm the appropriate number of caregivers.
